Hi, I’m Olivia—Seattle native, real estate advisor, and founder of DEZ Management. What started as a love for hosting friends and family turned into something more: a mission to help homeowners unlock passive income without sacrificing peace of mind.

Back then, hosting wasn’t a business—it was second nature. But as platforms like Airbnb grew, so did the complexity. Guests expected more. Regulations shifted. Owners were either overwhelmed or underwhelmed by property managers who didn’t really get this market.
So I started DEZ Management around a dining room table, committed to doing it differently—with care, consistency, and a real sense of place. We built a service designed to meet the needs of real Seattle homeowners, not a one-size-fits-all template.
